COLOR MY BOOK

Terms of Service

Last updated · August 4, 2026

The short version: You must have permission to upload every photo you send us. We'll turn them into a coloring book PDF and email it to you. We do our best but we can't guarantee any outcome. If something goes wrong, we'll try to make it right, but our liability is capped at what you paid us (which is currently zero).

1. Using the service

By uploading photos and submitting the form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. You must have rights to your photos

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

You are responsible for the content you upload. We reserve the right to refuse or delete any submission that violates these rules.

3. What we do with your book

We transform each uploaded photo into a stylized black-and-white coloring page using AI, then compile the results into a printable PDF and email it to you. Every book is unique to your submission — the coloring pages you receive are yours to print, gift, and use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. What you can't do with our service

5. Service availability

The service is provided as-is. We aim for high uptime and quality but we can't guarantee:

6. Refunds & free tier

The service is currently free. When paid tiers launch, refund terms will be published here. Until then, if you're unhappy with your book, email us at colormebooks.kids@gmail.com and we'll try to make it right.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, COLOR MY BOOK and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. If a court finds us liable for something anyway, our total liability is capped at $100 (one hundred U.S. dollars) or the total amount you've paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the landing page for at least 30 days. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Disputes will be handled in Illinois courts unless we mutually agree otherwise.
